Inessa Peters is an Empower™ CDS consultant and trainer with extensive experience helping pharmaceutical and other regulated laboratories work more effectively with Empower.
As a former Waters Education Specialist, she has trained Empower users across different levels of experience and supported laboratories with workflows, data processing, reporting, and GMP-compliant use of Empower.

Empower™ CDS is a powerful system, but experienced users often develop their own routines and ways of working over time. Are there still opportunities to make everyday workflows simpler and more efficient?
In this session, we’ll look at practical ways to work smarter with Empower — from data acquisition and processing to reporting and review. We’ll explore common sources of unnecessary manual work and opportunities for automation and standardisation.
The focus is not on learning Empower functionalities, but on rethinking familiar workflows and discovering practical ways to save time, reduce repetitive tasks, and work more efficiently.
Intended audience
This webinar is intended for Empower users who work with the system on a regular basis and would like to improve the efficiency of their workflows, as well as managers leading laboratory teams, working with Empower.
Basic familiarity with Empower is recommended.
