Description
We are pleased to announce the second SwAPP Cast session on November 27th, 2026 from 11:00 to 12:00, entitled “From Evidence Plans to Evidence Impact: What Really Makes an Evidence Generation Strategy Work?”.
How do you turn multiple evidence activities into one coherent strategy that actually answers stakeholder needs and supports launch, HTA (Health Technology Assessment) and adoption?
We’ll explore what worked, what didn’t, the trade-offs and the lessons learned, and challenge each other on how to optimise timing, stakeholder involvement, data sources, and methodology. Most importantly, this is not about presenting a “perfect” model: bring your experience, your questions and your difficult cases, and let’s build best practices together.

Monia Zignani, Evidence Generation and Medical Affairs Expert
Monia Zignani, Pharm.D., Ph.D. brings more than 20 years of experience across biotech and medtech, in evidence generation from Phase IV studies, registries, surveys, PROs (Patient-Reported Outcomes) and real-world clinical practice:
- Evidence Generation: conceptualized integrated evidence plans (RWE programs, registries, Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS), surveys, chart reviews…) translating data into publications & digital dissemination
- Medical Affairs: managed life-cycle management strategy and product launches in close cross-functional & geographical collaboration, including engagement with KOLs
- Clinical Operations: executed end-to-end complex international Phase II–IV, with solid project management and CRO oversight
