Description
The Experts Exchange Expertise (ExEx) forum focuses on the most dynamic areas in modern healthcare and promotes continuous education across all functions of the Pharma, Biotech and MedTech ecosystem. With a program that combines forward-looking plenary sessions, expert panels, and interdisciplinary discussions, this event reflects SwAPP's mission – to support professionals build and maintain their network and knowledge throughout their careers with key resources.
Alongside addressing core SwAPP themes such as regulatory updates, clinical development, digital and cutting-edge technologies, as well as ESG, the program includes tailored sessions designed to support participants' individual growth, leadership development, and cross-functional competencies.
This upcoming 16th edition of the ExEx forum will not only offer state-of-the-art content and practical insight—it will also continue the association's tradition of building a connected, agile, and forward-thinking professional community.

Registration
- Registration and payment are required prior to the event.
- Please note that by registering, you accept that your name will appear on the list of participants communicated to other attendees; and you consent to SwAPP capturing photographs and videos during the event, which may be utilized in future communication and promotional materials.
- Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received between 1 March and 30 April 2026 will be refunded 25% of the registration fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received after 30 April 2026 or in the case of no-shows, as commitments for catering and venue arrangements will have been finalized.
While tickets are not fully refundable, they may be transferred to another participant upon submission of the required registration information and organiser approval. - You can register from the below table and pay online. This is the fastest and recommended way to register. If you prefer to receive a bill, you can also register manually.
