25th European Conference on Computational Biology – August 31-September 4, Geneva, Switzerland

Description

For the first time, Geneva will host the 25th European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB 2026), organized by the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics.

From 31 August to 4 September 2026, Geneva will host 1,000+ experts shaping the future of computational biology, from group leaders and senior scientists to data scientists, developers, clinicians, and emerging talents.

The official opening ceremony will bring together high-level Swiss and Geneva authorities, including the President of the Swiss Confederation, Guy Parmelin, and the President of the Geneva government, Anne Hiltpold, followed by a keynote lecture by Jeremy Farrar (Assistant Director-General at the WHO).

If your organisation builds tools, platforms, data, or services for life sciences, this is where your audience will be. Partnership and exhibition opportunities are open, with dedicated options for academic institutions and start-ups.
